Daniel Mendez, MD, is board-certified in rheumatology and a member of the American College of Rheumatology. He grew up in El Salvador and moved to the U.S. in 2009. He served as Chief Medical Resident during his Internal Medicine residency in Rhode Island. He has been practicing in Salem since 2012. Dr. Mendez has a special interest in psoriatic arthritis, RA and gout. Dr. Mendez is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife met in medical school and have 2 children.
